Lady of the Vortex: Garuda
Section titled “Lady of the Vortex: Garuda”- Hard-mode Garuda has all attacks of Normal mode Garuda with only a few changes in Phase 2
- Large green Circle AoE’s will spawn-in short-lived tornadoes. Avoid.
- Two adds will tether to her. One gives her damage up, the other regenerates her health
- These adds are easily killed, but you can also just focus on Garuda
